Barry’s Salt & Water Conditioning has been serving Norfolk County since October 1986. Founded by Barry Bezzo and still family owned and operated today, we’ve built our reputation on dependable service, practical solutions, and treating every customer like a neighbour.

Based in Simcoe, we work with homeowners, businesses, and farms across the surrounding area, including Tillsonburg, Port Dover, Long Point, Turkey Point, Courtland, Langton, and St. Williams. From rural properties to busy town centres, we understand the water challenges that are unique to this part of Ontario.

Over the years, we’ve helped thousands of customers with our water treatment services, taking care of everything from installing and maintaining water softeners, to setting up reverse osmosis systems for clean drinking water, to putting in UV or peroxide systems for safer water. We also tackle tough problems like iron, manganese, sulphur, tannins, and nitrates, making sure water is clear, safe, and reliable. 

Salt delivery remains a big part of what we do, taking the heavy lifting off your hands and keeping systems running smoothly. For those who prefer flexibility, we also offer water softener rentals with full support.
